Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 23, 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This Policy clearly explains how Aliarise collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you browse our site or contact us. By using the site, you acknowledge the practices described here.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

Aliarise is an independent web design and development studio. Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018), we are responsible for processing the data collected on this site. For questions about this Policy or your data: contato@aliarise.com.

2. Data we collect

When you use the site's contact form, we collect what you provide: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, and details about the project you want to develop. We automatically collect technical and browsing data (IP address, device, browser, pages visited, time on page, and interactions) through analytics tools. We do not request sensitive personal data through the form. Please do not include it.

3. Why we use your data and our legal basis

We use your data to understand your project and get in touch, respond to requests, and improve the site's experience and performance. The LGPD legal bases for these uses are:

  • Consent and pre-contractual steps, when you send us the form to discuss a project (art. 7, I and V).
  • Legitimate interest, to measure and improve the site through analytics tools, always respecting your rights and expectations (art. 7, IX).

We do not use your data for purposes incompatible with those stated here.

4. Cookies and analytics tools

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help the site function and allow us to collect browsing information. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, and gather usage statistics. To understand how the site is used, we use or may use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager and, when active, Microsoft Clarity, which records interactions such as clicks and movement to identify usability issues. These tools may use cookies and are operated by third parties, subject to their own privacy policies. Non-essential cookies depend on your consent options, where available on the site.

5. Sharing and international data transfer

We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with providers that make the site and our service possible, such as hosting and infrastructure, email services, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity when active), and CRM platforms. Some of these tools, such as those from Google and Microsoft, process data on servers outside Brazil. In these cases an international data transfer occurs, carried out in accordance with the LGPD (art. 33) and the safeguards adopted by these providers. The site may also contain links to external services, such as WhatsApp. When you click them, you are directed to platforms with their own policies, which we do not control. We recommend reviewing them before providing data directly to them.

6. Storage and security

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or improper disclosure. Data sent through the form reaches us via Aliarise's service email. We keep your data for as long as needed for the purposes of this Policy, to maintain service records, or to comply with legal obligations. When it is no longer needed and there is no obligation to retain it, it will be deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

Under the LGPD, you may, where applicable: confirm whether we process your data and access it; correct incomplete or outdated data; request information about processing and sharing; request deletion, anonymization, or portability; withdraw consent; and learn the consequences of not providing certain data. To exercise these rights, write to contato@aliarise.com.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, the tools we use, or the law. When there are relevant changes, we will publish the new version on this page with the updated date.
